Working with the people and places in town here, there are undoubtedly so many things that continuously keep me impressed. 

Last summer, driving along Green Bay Road for the first time, I was amazed at the quaint, old town charm that Winnetka maintains so well, providing a suburban character unparalleled to any suburb I was familiar with before.
