The Loyola girls lacrosse team is year in and year out one of the most successful and consistent teams in high school sports. The Ramblers have won the last eight Illinois High School Women’s Lacrosse Association state titles, have played in all 15 state title games and won 11. 

No matter what the turnover might be from the previous year, fans can always expect Loyola to be at, or near, the top.

But how do the Ramblers continue to do it?
