The estimated cost of New Trier High School’s Winnetka campus renovation now stands at approximately $105 million — a bigger price tag than anticipated due to some unforeseen costs, according to school officials.

At the district’s Monday, May 15 meeting, trustees received an update on both the finances and the progress of the campus makeover from Wight & Company, the architects retained by the School Board, and Pepper Construction, the firm overseeing the face-lift of the western portion of the Winnetka campus.
