Despite an intense heatwave, more than 16,000 people flooded the streets of downtown Winnetka as music filled the air at the Winnetka Music Festival Friday-Saturday, June 15-16. The free, boutique festival featured 40 of the nation’s top emerging musicians, representing 28 touring bands which performed on five stages.
