Sometimes plans that don’t go accordingly are a good thing. 

That’s the case for Knighthawk Burger Bistro in Lake Forest. The dining spot was originally intended to serve as an eatery for only members of the Northshore Sports Club, an adjacent gun range in the same building. It was first a place members could walk over to enjoy a steak or fine dining before or after firing off a couple rounds.
