A popular appetizer option is the restaurant’s shrimp and spinach quesadilla ($11) offering.
Owner and Wilmette resident Rob Garrison said the paella, with shrimp, bay scallops, fish, mussels, chicken and chorizo in saffron rice ($24) is a sleeper dish on the menu.
