Molly Dillon vividly recalls the day she received an offer to join the Obama White House as a policy assistant for Urban Affairs, Justice & Opportunity on the President’s Domestic Policy Council. 

In her 20’s and fresh out of Georgetown’s McCourt School of Public Policy, Dillon immediately said yes, knowing little about the specifics of the job, but never doubting she could rise to the occasion.
