Winnetka residents are preparing to vote in an April 2 referendum that will determine if District 36 schools will receive major modifications. The ballot will ask if voters approve issuing bonds totaling $90.6 million in order to update facilities to both modern code and practices, and make renovations that would allow the district to implement its Educational Master Facility Plan.
