The Winnetka Park District Board is proposing to spend over $100,000 for a dog park in West Elm Park or Crow Island Woods. The park will include a 4-foot high fence, divided into large and small dog lots, accessible to those who buy passes for their dogs – both residents and nonresidents. In 2018, 370 residents and 94 nonresidents purchased passes for the Centennial Dog Beach.
